Kota stone is a fine-grained limestone. Genuine Kota stone comes from one small belt around Ramganj Mandi in Kota district, and nowhere else.
Our pit at Mayla sits inside that belt. We have quarried, dressed and dispatched stone from it since 2007, so every slab you buy from us comes out of our own ground.
